溃结合剂治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床观察

目的：观察自拟“溃结合剂”加锡类散保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的临床效果。方法：将溃疡性结肠炎患者71例．随机分治疗组和对照组，治疗组36例采用常规治疗（不用激素及免疫抑制剂）加用“溃结合剂”和锡类散保留灌肠，对照组35例采用常规口服柳氮磺胺吡啶（SASP）治疗，7例并加用激素，疗程均为4周。结果：2组疗效均较好，有效率分别为97．3％和88．6％，无显著性差异（P〉0．05），但痊愈率和显效率治疗组为91．7％；对照组为62．9％（P〈0．05），且不良反应少而轻。结论：“溃结合剂”加锡类散保留灌肠治疗UC，疗效略优于常规对照组，但由于价格低廉、使用方便、不良反应小，是I临床治疗溃疡性结肠炎较为理想的药物，值得基层医院在临床上推广应用。

Efficacy of Ulcer Cement in the Treatment of Ulcer Colitis

OBJECTIVE： To observe the clinical efficacy of ulcer cement added to Xilei San via retention enema for ulcerative colitis （UC）. METHODS： A totalof 71 patients with UC were randomly assigned to either treatment group （n = 36） receiving routine therapy （without using hormones or immunosuppressive agent） plus ulcer cement and Xilei San by retention enema or control group （n = 35） receiving routine salazopyrin （SASP） alone or in combination with hormones in 7 cases for 4 weeks. RESULTS： Both groups achieved satisfactory curative efficacy, with effective rates of 97.3% and 88.6% , respectively, showing no significant differences between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ） ; however, the cure rate and the excellently effective rate in the treatment group was 91.7% as compared with 62.9% in the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the treatment group showed fewer and milder adverse drug reactions than in the control group. CONCLUSION： The clinical efficacy of ulcer cement added to Xilei San by retention enema for UC is slightly superior to that of the control; however, it is an ideal agent for UC and recommended to use in clinical practice in primary hospitals for its low cost, convenience to use and mild side effects.
