| 摘 要： | 目的：分析中药注射剂致不良反应发生的原因和应对措施，以促进临床合理用药。方法：根据相关文献对中药注射剂不良反应发生的原因和应对措施进行总结。结果：中药注射剂的风险因素包括药物因素、药物相互作用、原料选取生产工艺、个体差异、给药方法等。结论：在生产上要加强管理；加强安全性研究与监测，建立监管档案；提高医生素质及时监测中药注射剂不良反应，多管齐下以保证中药注射剂的安全使用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To analyze the causes of Chinese medicine injection-induced ADRs and the countermeasures so as to promote clinical rational use of Chinese medicine Injections. METHODS： The causes of Chinese medicine injection-induced ADRs and the countermeasures reported in literature were reviewed. RESULTS： The risk factors of adverse reactions of Chinese medicine injection included drugs, drug interaction, choice of raw materials and productive technology, individual difference, method of drug delivery et al. CONCLUSION： To insure safety of Chinese medicine injection, it is advisable to strengthen management on drug production as well as the study and monitoring on drug safety, establish monitoring records, improve the quality of clinical doctors and monitor the ADRs of Chinese medicine injection. |
