我院540例药品不良反应报告分析

目的：了解我院药品不良反应（ADR）的发生特点,促进临床合理用药,提高ADR监测水平。方法：采用回顾性分析方法,对我院从2004年6月～2009年6月收集到的540例ADR报告分别从患者的年龄与性别、给药途径、药品种类、ADR累及器官/系统、引发ADR的前8位药品、ADR报告质量等方面进行统计、分析。结果：ADR的发生女性多于男性;抗感染药和中成药的ADR报告例数居第1、第2位;静脉滴注药引发的ADR占82.04%;ADR累及器官/系统以皮肤及其附件为主,占48.52%;ADR发生率最高的药品是注射用头孢噻肟钠。结论：应正确认识开展ADR监测工作的重要性,加强监测和宣传力度,提高ADR报告质量,保障患者用药安全。

Analysis of 540 Cases of Adverse Drug Reaction in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE： To investigate hospital adverse drug reactions （ ADR） occurrence,promote clinical rational drug use,improve the level of ADR monitoring. METHODS： Analyze 540 cases of ADR reports in our hospital collected from June 2004 to June 2009 by retrospective analysis,including the patients′ age and gender,route of administration,drug type,ADR involving the organ /system,the first eight drugs triggering ADR,the quality of ADR reporting. RESULTS： The incidence rate of ADR is more in women than in men; Anti infective drugs and proprietary Chinese medicine ranked 1,2;intravenous infusion of drug induced accounted for 82. 04% ;ADR involved the organ / system mainly in skin and its annexes,accounted for 48. 52% . The highest incidence of ADR drugs is cefotaxime sodium for injection. CONCLUSION： It should be to have a correct understanding to the importance of ADR monitoring,strengthen monitoring and advocacy in ADR,effort to improve the quality of ADR reports to ensure patient safety in drug use.
