我院门诊药房退药情况分析和管理建议

目的：通过对退药情况的统计,分析我院退药中可能存在的问题,并为相关管理提供具体建议。方法：统计我院2006～2008年退药数量、金额和原因,并获得部分个案情况。结果：我院门诊药房退药处方每年约1000多张,其中有31%以上是由于医师处方行为不规范和医患沟通不足造成的。结论：有必要通过加强处方管理,完善退药制度,减少不必要的退药。

Analysis of Drug Returns in Outpatient Dispensary of Our Hospital and Suggestions on Its Management

OBJECTIVE：To analyze the drug return situation and the problems encountered in the drug return and offer some concrete suggestions for its related management.METHODS：The drug return information of the outpatient dispensary in our hospital during 2006 ～ 2008 including the quantity and sum of money of the returned drugs as well as the reasons for this drug return were collected and analyzed,meanwhile,the data of some individual cases were obtained.RESULTS：The drug-return prescriptions totaled 1000 pieces,31% of which were caused by physicians＇ nonstandard prescription behavior or insufficient communication with patients.CONCLUSION：It is urgent to intensify management on prescriptions to evolve the drug return system so as to reduce the incidence of the unnecessary drug return.
