2006-2009年住院患者麻醉药品应用分析

目的：了解成都医学院第一附属医院麻醉药品的应用情况与趋势。方法：对我院2006-2009年住院患者麻醉药品的金额、用量、用药频度等进行统计和分析。结果：麻醉药品用量和金额逐年上升。枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液用药频度居首位；盐酸吗啡注射液用量呈逐年增长趋势，而哌替啶用量逐年减少。结论：我院麻醉药品使用基本合理，但仍需加强用药教育以保证患者的用药需求。

Utilization of Narcotics in the Inpatients of Our Hospital During 2006-2009

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the status and tendency of the utilization of the narcotic analgesics in our hospital. METHODS： The utilization of the narcotics in the inpatients of our hospital during 2006-2009 was analyzed statistically in respect of the consumption sum, consumption amount and DDDs. RESULTS： Both the consumption sum and the consumption amount of the narcotics in our hospital increased year by year. Sufentanil Citrate Injection took the lead in terms of DDDs. The consumption amount of Morphine Hydrochloride Injection increased year by year. However, that of Pethidine decreased year by year. CONCLUSION. The utilization of the narcotics in our hospital was basically rational; however, education on drug use should be intensified to ensure patients＇ medication demand.
