热疗联合复方苦参注射液治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察热疗联合复方苦参注射液治疗恶性胸腔积液的效果。方法:治疗组采用热疗联合复方苦参注射液治疗,对照组单纯采用复方苦参注射液治疗,观察两组的近期疗效、生存质量及远期疗效。结果:近期疗效治疗组有效率86.7%,对照组有效率63.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。远期疗效Kaplan-Meier分析结果显示,治疗组优于对照组(P〈0.05)。生活质量治疗组优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:热疗联合复方苦参注射液治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效优于单纯复方苦参注射液。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of thermotherapy combined with Compound Matrine Injection in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion.METHODS:The treatment group received thermotherapy combined with Compound Matrine Injection,and the control group received Compound Matrine Injection alone.The short-term and long-term therapeutic efficacy and the life quality of the two groups were observed.RESULTS:Regarding the short-term therapeutic efficacy,significant differences were noted between the treatment group and the control group in the effective rate(86.7% versus 63.3%,P 0.05).Kaplan-Meier analysis indicated better long-term therapeutic efficacy in the treatment group than in the control group(P 0.05).The treatment group showed better life quality than in the control group,and the differences were significant between two groups(P 0.05).CONCLUSION:Treatment of malignant pleural effusion with thermotherapy combined with Compound Matrine Injection is superior to Compound Matrine Injection alone in terms of curative efficacy.
