| 摘 要： | 目的：评价我院麻醉药品的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对我院2006～2008年麻醉药品应用品种、销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）进行统计、分析。结果：我院使用的10种麻醉药品中,芬太尼注射液用药频度居首位,吗啡口服缓释（控释）片为我院缓解癌痛之首选,盐酸派替啶已不作为癌痛治疗的选择。结论：DDDs排序反映了我院麻醉药品的用药趋势,我院麻醉药品使用基本合理。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the utilization of narcotics in our hospital for clinical reference of rational use of this medicine. METHODS： The utilization of narcotics in our hospital from 2006 to 2008 was analyzed statistically in respect of drug varieties,consumption sum and DDDs. RESULTS： Fentanyl for Injection took the lead on the DDDs list of the 10 narcotic drugs used in our hospital. Morphine sustained release tablet was the first choice drug for relieving cancer pain. Pethidine hydrochloride has been forced out of the choice drug list for cancer pain. CONCLUSION： The DDDs order of narcotics reflects the utilization tendency of narcotics in our hospital. The utilization of narcotics in our hospital is rational on the whole. |
