摘    要:目的:了解我院门诊使用心血管类中成药的应用情况,并比较门诊相关科室使用该类药物的差异。方法:收集整理我院2007~2008年门诊应用心血管类中成药的数据,采用药品销售金额与DDDs排序方法,进行用药情况分析。结果:我院门诊心血管类中成药销售金额呈上升趋势,两年间DDDs排序前10位的药品顺序波动不大,但不同科室间药品DDDs排序差异明显。结论:我院心血管类中成药的应用基本合理,但不同科室间对该类中成药的使用存在差异。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To investigate the utilization of cardiovascular Chinese patent medicines in outpatient from different departments.METHODS:The utilization data of the cardiovascular Chinese patent medicines in our hospital from 2007 ~ 2008 were collected and analyzed with their ordering in total consumption sum and DDDs as indicators.RESULTS:The consumption sum of cardiovascular Chinese patent medicines in our hospital assumed an upward trend.The order of the top 10 Chinese patent drugs on DDDs list witnessed was basically stableover the 2 years;however,the DDDs order of Chinese patent drugs varied significantly between different outpatient departments.CONCLUSION:The utilization of cardiovascular Chinese patent medicines in our hospital was basically reasonable,however,there were difference regarding the utilization of those medicines in different departments.
