| 摘 要： | 目的：分析评价迁安市人民医院抗高血压药的应用情况及趋势。方法：对我院2007--2009年抗高血压药应用品种、用量、销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）、药品限定日费用（DDC）等进行统计、分析。结果：我院抗高血压用药整体呈稳步上升趋势，其中，钙通道阻滞剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂占主导地位，血管紧张素Ⅱ受体桔抗剂应用前景广阔。结论：我院抗高血压药应用基本合理。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the current situation and development trend of the application of antihypertensives in our hospital. METHODS： The utilization of antihypertensives in our hospital from 2007 to 2009 was analyzed retrospectively in respect of drug varieties, consumption quantity, consumption sum, DDDs and DDC etc. RESULTS： The consumption sum of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital increased steadily with Ca2 ＋ channel blocker, angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor （ACEI） assuming a dominant place. The use of angiotensin receptor antagonist has a broad prospect. CONCLUSION： The utilization of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital is basically reasonable. |
