2007-2009年北京朝阳医院口服抗抑郁药应用分析

目的：了解北京朝阳医院2007--2009年口服抗抑郁药的用药情况，探讨其使用特点及发展趋势。方法：以限定日剂量为指标．对我院2007--2009年口服抗抑郁药的品种、用量、金额及用药频度、年平均增长率等情况进行统计分析。结果：近3年抗抑郁药用药频度与用药金额快速增长；新型抗抑郁药的临床使用率稳固上升。结论：我院近3年口服抗抑郁药的整体应用量呈逐年上升趋势，新型抗抑郁药的应用也逐年增多。

Utilization of Oral Antidepressants from 2007 to 2009 in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the utilization of antidepressants during 2007 -2009 in our hospital and explore its application characteristics and developing tendency. METHODS： Taking defined daily dose as index, a statistical analysis was performed on oral antidepressants in respect of its varieties, consumption amount, consumption sum, DDDs and annual incremental rate during 2007 -2009 in our hospital. RESULTS： Over the 3 years, both the DDDs and the consumption sum of the antidepressants increased rapidly. The clinical consumption of new type antidepressant drugs witnessed a steady rise. CONCLUSION： The consumption amount of antidepressants during 2007 - 2009 in our hospital shows an upward trend, so does the consumption of new type of antidepressants.
