妇科围术期抗菌药物用药标准化方案分析

目的：了解妇科围术期抗菌药物的应用情况,确立妇科围术期抗菌药物使用的标准化方案。方法：采用前瞻性用药方案设计,对各方案的使用情况进行评价,并利用药物经济学原理,对8组不同的抗菌药物给药方案进行成本-效果的比较分析,进行有效、经济、合理性的评价。结果：单用抗菌药物组（A1、B1、C1、D1组）成本-效果分析比分别为0.50、0.91、1.33、2.79;联用抗菌药物组（A2、B2、C2、D2组）成本-效果分析比分别为1.01、1.60、1.94、3.50。结论：单用抗菌药物组以头孢拉定3.0g（A1组）及联用抗菌药物组以头孢拉定3.0g＋甲硝唑0.5g（A2组）较为经济有效。

Evaluation on the Standardized Therapeutic Schemes of Antibiotics for Gynecological Patients During Perioperative Period

OBJECTIVE：To analyze the perioperative utilization of antibiotics in gynecological patients so as to establish a standardized therapeutic regimen of antibiotics.METHODS：A prospective design of therapeutic regimens was applied,and the application of different regimens was evaluated,moreover,the principle of pharmacoeconomics was applied for cost-effectiveness analysis of 8 regimens to evaluate the effectiveness,economy and rationality of the use of antibiotics.RESULTS：The cost-effectiveness ratio of group A1,B1,C1 and D1 group （in which antibiotics were used alone） were 0.50,0.91,1.33 and 2.79,respectively,as compared with 1.01,1.60,1.94 and 3.50, respectively in group A2,B2,C2 and D2 combination groups （ in which antibiotics were used in combination with others）.CONCLUSION：Group A1 （ cefradine 3.0 g） and A2 （ cefradine 3.0 g combined arilin 0.5 g） are more economical and effective than the other schemes.
