| 摘 要： | 目的：研究我院2005～2009年调节血脂药使用情况。方法：采用药历统计软件,对2005～2009年调节血脂药的数量、金额进行统计,并计算DDDs和DDC。结果：我院调节血脂药用量逐年增大,辛伐他汀和阿托伐他汀用药量最大。结论：我院接诊的高脂蛋白血症患者数量也逐年提高,以高胆固醇血症和混合型高脂蛋白血症为主,用药较为合理。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To investigate the utilization of lipid - regulating drugs in our hospital from 2005 to 2009. METHODS： The consumption amount and consumption sum of lipid - regulating drugs in our hospital from 2005 to 2009 were analyzed statistically using medication history software,meanwhile,the DDDs and DDC were calculated. RESULTS： The consumption amount of lipid - regulating drugs in our hospital increased year by year. Simvastatin and Atorvastatin took the lead in terms of consumption amount. CONCLUSION： The number of patients with hyperlipidemia （predominantly with hypercholesterolemia and mixed type of hyperlipidemia） increased year by year. The drug use for hyperlipidemia was rational on the whole. |
