头孢菌素类抗菌药物诱发精神障碍的国内文献回顾性分析

目的：分析头孢菌素类药物诱发精神症状的特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：检索CBMdisc（1978—2008）和CNKI（1978—2008）等文献数据库,收集头孢菌素类药物诱发精神障碍的国内文献,对其进行汇总分析。结果：头孢菌素类抗菌药物诱发精神障碍国内报道共57例,男性27例,女性30例;60岁以上患者34例（59.6%）,多于其他年龄段;肾功能不全患者31例（54.4%）。在各种头孢菌素类药物中,头孢他定引起精神症状所占比例最高,共32例（56.1%）。从给药方式看,静脉给药比例更高,共56例（98.2%）。结论：头孢菌素类药物诱发精神症状与患者年龄、肾功能情况、药物种类、给药途径等有关,应在多方面加以防范。

Retrospective Analysis of Domestic Literature on Cephalosporins-induced Mental Disorders

OBJECTIVE：To analyze the characteristics of cephalosporins-induced mental disorders to provide references for clinical rational drug use.METHODS： The bibliographic databases including CBMdisc（1978-2008） and CNKI（1978-2008） were searched to collect the domestic literature on the mental disorders induced by cephalosporins,and the data were then subjected to meta-analysis.RESULTS： 57 cases of cephalosporin-induced mental disorders reported in China were collected,of which,27 were males and 30 females.34 patients（59.6%） were aged above 60 years,showing the highest proportion of all age groups.Of all the cephalosporins,ceftazidime induced mental disorders in 32 cases（56.1%）.56（98.2%） cases were induced by intravenous route.CONCLUSION： Cephalosporin-induced mental disorders were correlated to patients＇ age,renal function,drug type,route of administration etc.Great importance should be taken to guard against cephalosporin-induced mental disorders.
