| 摘 要： | 目的：评价细胞色素P450酶与药物代谢的研究进展,以供临床医师合理用药参考。方法：查阅近年来国内、外的相关文献资料,进行归纳和分析。结果与结论：肝细胞色素P450酶系参与人体许多内、外源性物质（包括药物）的分解和代谢。P450酶系在体内的分布、结构和功能在药物代谢和临床疾病诊断过程中有着十分重要的药理作用和临床意义。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the advances in the study of cytochrome P450 reductase in drug metabolism so as to provide references for clinicians in rational drug use.METHODS：Recent pertinent literature both at home and abroad was reviewed and subjected to meta-analysis.RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION：Cytochrome P450 reductase is a kind of membrane protein which plays an important role in catabolism and metabolism of many endogenous or exogenous substances（including drugs） in human body.The distribution,structure and bioactive function of Cytochrome P450 will play a much significant role in drug mechanism and clinical diagnosis of diseases. |
