浅析中药注射剂临床不良反应事件发生原因及对策

目的：探讨中药注射剂临床不良反应事件发生的原因并提出对策。方法：对中药注射剂近年来的有关文献报道进行整理,分析存在的问题及解决对策。结果：中药注射剂临床不良反应事件发生的原因主要有药材或药物自身的因素、生产过程中存在的问题、使用过程中的因素。结论：临床应用中药注射剂应规范各个环节,才能达到临床治疗目的。

Causes and Countermeasures of Clinical Adverse Events Induced by Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections

OBJECTIVE：To probe into the causes of the adverse events induced by traditional Chinese medicine injections and to put forward some countermeasures.METHODS：The pertinent literature of the adverse events induced by traditional Chinese medicine injections reported in recent years was reviewed and the problems encountered were analyzed and some countermeasures were put forward.RESULTS：The major factors contributing to the adverse events induced by traditional Chinese medicine injections included the herbs or medicines themselves,problems appeared in the production process and the factors appeared in the process of drug use.CONCLUSION：Various links should be standardized in clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine injections so as to achieve the aim of clinical treatment.
