外科围术期营养药应用情况调查分析

目的：调查同济大学附属第十人民医院外科围术期胃肠外营养药的应用情况,评价我院外科住院患者应用该类药物的合理性,提高我院整体用药水平。方法：抽取我院2010年4月外科手术病历1 889例,对其中使用了胃肠外营养药的病历共257份进行统计分析。结果：在257份使用胃肠外营养药的病历中,不合理使用比例达到73.15%。结论：我院外科在胃肠外营养药应用方面存在部分不合理现象,医院应加强管理,从而提高我院整体用药水平,保证患者用药安全、有效、经济。

Review of Perioperative Utilization of Nutritional Supplement in Surgical Patients

OBJECTIVE：To review the perioperative utilization of the parenteral nutritional supplement in surgical patients of Tongji University Affiliated Tenth People’s Hospital and evaluate the rationality of the use of this kind of drugs in surgical patients so as to improve the holistic drug use level in our hospital.METHODS：The medical recordsof 1 889 surgical patients in our hospital during Apr.2010 were sampled,of which,257 cases that had been treatedwith the parenteral nutritional supplement were subjected to a statistical analysis.RESULTS：Of the total 257 casestreated with parenteral nutritional drugs,the irrational use of the nutritional supplement was found in 73.15%.CONCLUSION：The use of the parenteral nutritional supplement in some surgical patients of our hospital wasirrational,thus it is urgent for hospital to strengthen management on the use of this kind of drugs to improve the holisticdrug use level and ensure patients＇safe,effective and economic drug use.
