| 摘 要： | 目的：观察阿斯匹林与尼莫地平合用对兔体外血小板聚集的影响。方法：比浊法。结果：两药合用后均可显著提高对三种诱导剂诱导的血小板聚集的抑制作用，合用后ｑ值均大于１。结论：两药合用后可协同抑制体外血小板聚集。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effects of aspirin (asp) and nimodipine (nim) on rabbit platelet aggregation in vitro.Methods: Light transmission.Results: Combination treatment of asp and nim concentration-dependently inhibited platelet aggregation induced by ADP,collagen and arachidonic acid,and all q values were more than 1 Conclusion: Combination of asp and nim had synergistic inhibitory effects on platelet aggregation. |
