| 摘 要： | 目的：提高腔静脉后输尿管的诊断与治疗水平。方法：对6例下腔静脉后输尿管患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：术后3～6个月复查，6例患者右侧腰胀、腰痛症状消失，肾积水不同程度减轻，吻合口无狭窄。结论：逆行肾盂输尿管造影是诊断下腔静脉后输尿管最可靠的方法，同时应结合其他影像学检查方法，治疗主要采用输尿管复位矫正术能取得良好疗效。

| Abstract: | objective:To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of retrocaval ureter.Methods:The clinical data of 6 patients with retrocaval ureter were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from 1985 to 2005.Results:All the 6 cases were correctly diagnosed preoperatively depending on B ultrasound,intravenous urography(IVU),retrograde ureteropyelography(RP),et al.The ureteral replacement and ureteroplasty were used to treat this disease.The symptom disappeared in all cases and no ureter stenosis was observed postoperatively by B ultrasound and intravenous urography(IVU).Conclusion:The diagnosis of retrocaval ureter depends on the combination of multiple image methods.Retrograde ureteropyecography (RP)is the main means of diagnosis.Ureteral replacement and ureteroplasty are the treatment of choice. |
