脑干听觉诱发电位在语言学习困难儿童中的临床价值

目的探讨脑干听觉诱发电位检查在语言学习困难儿童中的临床应用价值。方法应用肌电诱发电位仪检测48例语言学习困难儿童的BAEP。结果48例语言学习困难儿童中BAEP异常35例（占72.92%）,Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波出现的耳数分别为59例（85.42%）、54例（78.12%）、56例（80.20%）,正常对照组Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波出现率为100%,各波潜伏期、波间期两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.01）。结论BAEP检查即便其具有局限性,但在语言学习困难儿童中阳性率高,可以为临床提供患儿听觉通路损害的信息,以便及早治疗。

Clinical values of brainstem auditory evoked potential in children with language learning disabilities

Objective To discuss the clinical values of brainstem auditory evoked potential in children with language learning disabilities. Methods BAEP were examined in 48 cases of children with languade learn- ing disabilities synergy EMG/EP made in Denmark. , and analyzed with normal children as controls. Results The abnormality rate of BAEP was 72. 92% , the incidence rate of wave Ⅰ, Ⅲ, Ⅴ were 59 （ 85.42% ） ,54 （78.12%） ,56 （80. 20% ）. But there were 40 （100%）cases of each incidence rate of wave Ⅰ, Ⅲ and Ⅴ in the normal control group. They were significant difference between the tow groups in the incidence rate of wave Ⅰ, Ⅲ, Ⅴ and PL and IPL. （ P 〈 0. 01-0. 05 ）. Conclusion There are higher positivity rate in children with language learning disabilities. BAEP might provide the messages about hearing nerve conduction abnormality in children with language learning disabilities, then children will be cured early, although there are some localizations in BAEP.
