| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨地震强烈应激对胎儿神经心理发育影响 ;方法 :采用对照研究方法分别测评胎儿期受地震及不受地震经历的人群心理健康状况、智力水平和大脑生物学指标。结果 :60例经历过地震已满 18岁的学生 ,其 SCL- 90中的恐怖、精神病性因子分明显高于未经历地震的对照组 (p<0 .0 5 )。 Raven氏测验分亦明显低于对照组 (p<0 .0 5 )。结论 :提示唐山大地震的应激 ,可能对胎儿的智力发育和心理稳定性有一定影响。

| Abstract: | Objective:to study the effect of Tangshan Earthquake on the neuropsychological development of fetus Method:a comparative study was done by investigating population experienced Tangshan Earthquake as fetus,and those without this experience The research instruments included SCL-90 and Raven test Result:the scores of phobia and psychotic factor in SCL-90 were higher in 60 eighteen-year old students experienced the earthquake as fetus than in control(p<0 05) Similar result was shown by Raven test Discussion:the stress induced by Tangshan Earthquake impacted on pregnant mothers,may have negative effect on fetus |
