摘    要:目的 观察CDIC一段式种植体用于前牙缺失的早期修复效果。方法 70例患者分为两组,实验组:种植术后1周即行上部结构修复,对照组:按常规术后6个月行牙冠修复,修复材料为釉质瓷及金属烤瓷,观察指标包括种植体动度、X线改变和修复体性能。结果 随访0.5-2年,实验组与对照组临床成功率及牙槽嵴吸收率无明显差异。结论 CDIC种植体植入后,在无He创伤情况下,可直接进行早期、永久性牙冠修复,从而缩短修复周期,满足患者的要求。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy of early loading for anterior tooth by using CDIC implant. Methods 70 patients with missing anterior tooth were included. All received solid screw or blade CDIC implant. In test group, implants were restored with Belle glass or ceramometal prostheses, after a maximum of 1 week. In control group, patients had prostheses after 6 months. Radiographic and clinic examinations were made postoperatively. Implant survival was recorded. Results The survival rates were 95% and 96% for early and non early implants, respectively. Radiographic marginal bone resorption after 1 year around all implants from 1.5 to 2 mm ( P < 0.05 ). GI for all implants 1 year after loading were below 1. Conclusion The present clinic trial indicated that if primary stability of implant is achieved, the early loading concept might be a promising treatment protocol for the future. The advantages of this procedure are obvious and include early function and esthetics. There is no need for a temporary denture. The total healing time and total treatment are reduced. The CDIC system is suited to a 1-stage rapid loading protocol for esthetic anterior tooth restoration.
