老年人全口义齿咀嚼效能与戴牙时间及基托材料的相关性研究

目的：研究老年人全口牙列缺失后，不同基托材料全口义齿修复以及不同戴牙时间对患者咀嚼功能的影响。方法：收集42例牙列缺失的老年患者。分别以树脂基托，树脂加网基托及金属铸造基托全口义齿修复，采用吸光度法测定修复后1周、1月、3月及1年义齿的咀嚼效能变化。结果：全口义齿初戴后咀嚼效能随时间提高，3个月时可充分发挥咀嚼效能，以后保持稳定。三类基托全口义齿同一戴牙时间咀嚼效能无统计学差异。结论：老年人全口义齿初戴后有一段适应期，一般3个月后可充分发挥义齿功能。咀嚼效能与义齿戴牙时间长短有关，与基托材料无关。

Study on the relationship between the masticatory efficiency of complete denture and wearing time or base material in the aged

Objective:To study the relationship between the masticatory efficiency of the complete denture wearer and base materials or wearing time in the aged.Methods:42 cases of the old patients with first complete denture were collected,who divided into three groups.Three different kinds of base materials(resin,metal net in resin and casting metal)were fabricated in denture for one of these groups.Then their masticatory efficiency were measured by light absorptivity after wearing 1 week,1 month,3 months and 1 year.Results:The masticatory efficiency of complete denture was rise in first 3 months and then remained.However,the function were similar among the three groups with different materials of denture base.Conclusion:The masticatory function was highly restored when the patients in the aged wore complete dentures 3 months later.It has no relationship with the denture base materials,but was affect by wearing time.
