摘    要:目的 探讨SD大鼠30d喂养试验的血液学、血清生化指标参考值。方法 收集24个批次雌雄共480只大鼠的16项血液学、血清生化指标进行统计分折。结果 16项指标的平均值及其95%参考值范围的性别差异均无显性;雌雄鼠嗜中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、总蛋白三指标无批间差异显性,甘油三酯测定值在雌鼠各批次间差异有显性,而在雄鼠批间差异无显性,其余10项指标测定值雌雄鼠批间差异均有显性。结论 SD大鼠30d喂养试验16项血液学和血清生化指参考值与献报道一致;并且雌雄鼠可以合并计算。

Abstract:Objective To study the normal value ranges for hematology indexes and biochemical indexes in serum of SD rat in 30 days feeding test.Methods The data of hematology indexes and biochemical indexes in serum of 240 female rats and 240 male rats in 24 experiments were collected,with the statistical analysis.Results The average value and the 95% normal value ranges of 7 hematology indexes and 9 biochemical indexes in serum were no significant differences by sex.The significant group differences were found in all the indexes of male and female rats,except for the triglyceride levels in male rats and the neutrophilic cell,lymphocyte and total protein levels in male and female rats.Conclusions The normal value ranges of hematology indexes and biochemical indexes in serum of SD rat in 30 days feeding test are consistent with those reported in literatures,and it is suitable to combine the female and male rat's data during statistical analysis.
