| Abstract: | Type 2 diabetes mellitus and malignant neoplasms have been becoming a worldwide health problem. More and more studies suggested that type 2 diabetes mellitus plays an important role in the pathogenesis,development and treatment of malignant neoplasms. This article summarizes the progress in researches on association between type 2 diabetes mellitus and malignant neoplasms from the aspects of epidemiology and mechanisms. |
