| 摘 要： | 目的改进术后患者导尿管拔除的方法,提高拔管后自主排尿的成功率,减轻患者主观不适感。方法将93例术后需拔除导尿管的患者随机分成两组,对照组(46例)采用传统的拔管方法,观察组(47例)采用改进法(计划拔除导尿管当天间歇导尿并行膀胱功能锻炼2～3次,然后夹闭尿管;当患者有尿意时,臀下放便器,抽尽尿管气囊中的液体或气体,鼓励患者自行尽力排尿)。观察两组患者的首次排尿成功率、首次排尿时间及舒适度。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者首次排尿成功率明显提高(P0.01),首次排尿时间提前(P0.01),主观不适感明显降低(P0.01)。结论采用改进的导尿管拔除方法,尿管在患者自然排尿的过程中能顺势排出,效果优于传统的尿管拔除方法。
