瘢痕子宫妊娠40例药物流产观察

目的探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于瘢痕子宫早孕的临床疗效及可行性。方法我院2008年3月～2009年12月妇科门诊确诊为宫内早孕且自愿要求药物流产瘢痕子宫早孕妇女40例，设为瘢痕子宫组（观察组），同时随机选择有阴道分娩史38例为无瘢痕子宫组（对照组），观察比较两组的流产效果及流产后出血量情况。结果两组的流产效果及流产后出血量比较，差异无显著性（P〉0．05或〉0．01），说明米非司酮联合米索前列醇用于瘢痕子宫早孕与非瘢痕子宫早孕的差异不大。结论药物流产具有方便、安全、有效、易扩宫、损伤小、痛苦少的优点，用于瘢痕子宫受孕早期与非瘢痕子宫受孕早期无荠别．可以用于瘢瘪子宫奸娠60d内．

The Clinical observation of 40 Cases Uterine Scar Pregnancy observation Medical Abortion

Objective To investigate the mifepristone and misoprostol for early pregnancy uterine scar the clinical efficacy and feasibility. Methods In our hospital in March 2008 - December 2009 gynecological clinic diagnosed as intrauterine pregnancy and the voluntary request of medical abortion pregnant women,40 cases uterine scar, set to scar the uterus group（observation group）. At the same time randomly select 38 patients with history of vaginal delivery without a uterine scar group（control group）. Comparing the two groups observed the effect and the abortion situation in post-abortion bleeding. Results Two groups of abortion effects and post-abortion bleeding,the difference was not significant（P〉0.05 or P〉0.01 ）,indicating that mifepristone with misoprostol for early pregnancy uterine scar pregnancy with uterine scar difference between the non-not. Conclusion medical abortion with a convenient, safe, effective, easy to expand Palace, the damage is small, less painful and the advantages should be used to scar the uterus of early pregnancy and non-scar the uterus of early pregnancy no difference can be used to scar the uterus within 60 days of pregnancy.
