摘    要:目的比较消痔灵注射术与PPH术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法200例该类患者随机分为PPH组和注射组,分别采用PPH术和消痔灵注射治疗。结果与注射组相比,PPH组住院时间短,但费用昂贵,术后肛门疼痛及排便疼痛轻微,肛门功能障碍及肛管直肠狭窄发生率低(P<0.05)。两者在手术时间、术中术后出血、伤口感染、尿潴留发生率、复发率及恢复工作时间上无差异(P>0.05)。结论消痔灵注射术可以作为PPH术的一种有效补充。

Abstract:Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacy of 'Xiaozhiling' hemorrhoid injection with procedure for prolapse hemorrhoids(PPH) in treating of circularity piles.Methods 200 cases of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were randomized into two groups,with 100 for each: Injection group was treated by ' Xiaozhiling'injection and PPH group was underwent PPH.Results There was no significant difference in the operation time,intra-or post-operation blood loss,wound infection,urinary retention rate and resuming work time between two groups(P>0.05).Compare with injection group,hospitalization time was shorter,expense was more expensive,the painful feeling of anus and defecation was slighter,and the incidence of anal dysfunction and anorectal stenosis was lower in PPH group(P<0.05).Conclusion ' Xiaozhiling'hemorrhoid injection could be a supplementary therapy for circularity piles with good effect.
