新生儿肺透明膜病X线平片分析及其相关讨论

目的 探讨新生儿肺透明膜病的X线表现及诊断体会.方法 回顾性分析我院今年经临床及病理证实的92例新生儿肺透明膜病的X线表现.结果 本组92例患儿中67例表现为肺野透亮度降低,呈毛玻璃样改变,伴两肺内中带有细小颗粒或网结状影.77例出现支气管充气征,多见于右下肺内带及左心影后,25例出现"白肺"征.合并肺内感染34例,肺出血7例,气胸或纵隔气肿23例.结论 X线检查是诊断新生儿肺透明膜病的主要方法之一.X线平片主要表现为两肺野细颗粒状影或网格状阴影、透光度普遍减低、空气支气管征及"白肺".

X-Imaging analysis of hyaline membrane disease in 92 newborns
