针刺调控肠动力相关的神经机制研究进展

肠动力障碍疾病为临床常见疾病，针刺治疗具有较好的临床效果，但相关机制尚不明确，故本文通过检索近年来针刺调控肠动力神经机制研究的相关文献，从传入神经纤维、中枢神经系统、自主神经系统以及肠神经系统方面进行归纳总结，并阐述相关机制。结果发现，大多研究着眼于单个神经或神经递质的研究，少见相互作用的探索，但针刺的区域特异性以及与强度温度等其他物理刺激的量效关系也有待进一步地明晰。

Research Progress in Neural Mechanism of Acupuncture Regulating Intestinal Motility

Intestinal motility disorder is a common clinical disease, for which acupuncture treatment has achieved good clinical results, but the relevant mechanism is not clear. The neural mechanism of acupuncture regulating intestinal motility was summarized from the aspects of afferent nerve fibers, central nervous system, autonomic nervous system and intestinal nervous system in this study by searching the relevant literature in recent years. It is found that most studies focus on the study of a single nerve or neurotransmitter, and rarely explore the interaction between them. The regional specificity of acupuncture and the dose-effect relationship with other physical stimuli, such as intensity and temperature, also need to be further clarified.
