| 摘 要： | 抗疫口述史有着重要的育人价值，是促进医院文化建设的重要载体。本研究以复旦大学附属中山医院2020-2021年制作形成的抗疫口述史资料为例，对其进行文本分析，通过词频统计量化呈现抗疫工作者们的抗疫经历，并分析其中蕴含的价值取向。在此基础上，进一步探讨以抗疫口述史传递抗疫精神、推动医院文化建设的策略，为推动公立医院高质量发展汇聚精神力量。

| Abstract: | The oral history of COVID-19 has important education value and is an important carrier to promote the construction of hospital culture. This study analyzed the oral history of COVID-19 produced by Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University during 2020-2021 through word frequency analysis and discovered the values embedded in it. Furthermore, this study discussed the strategy of transmitting the spirit of combating the COVID-19 and promoting the construction of hospital cultural through the oral history of COVID-19 in order to gather spiritual strength for promoting the high-quality development of public hospitals. |
