翁沥通胶囊的药理作用研究

目的 研究翁沥通胶囊的抗炎、镇痛和改善微循环作用。方法 采用醋酸扭体模型和热板疼痛模型观察镇痛作用；采用小鼠耳廓微循环系统观察对微循环的影响：采用大鼠无菌性前列腺炎症模型和慢性前列腺炎症模型观察抗炎作用。结果 翁沥通胶囊可明显抑制小鼠招体次数，延长小鼠热板疼痛潜伏期；扩张小鼠耳廓微动脉和微静脉；抑制人鼠无菌性前列腺炎症和慢性前列腺炎症。结论 翁沥通胶囊具有镇痛、改善微循环和抗前列腺炎作用。

The study on pharmacological effect of Wenglitong capsule

Objective To investigate the effect of Wenglitong capsule on prostatitis. Methods The analgesiceffects was observed by acetic acid writhing test and hot plate test in mice; the effect on microcirculation was observedon microcirculation system of ear in mice; the anti-inflammatory effect was observed in rat models with nonbacterialprostatitis and chronic prostatitis. Results Wenglitong capsule significantly decreased the number of writhing,prolonged the latency time on hot plate, increased the caliber of vessels and inhibited the inflammation of the prostate.Conclusion There is the effect of analgesia, microcirculation-improving actions and anti-prostatitis in wenglitong capsule.
