珍菊降压片治疗轻中度高血压

目的观察珍菊降压片治疗轻中度高血压的有效性和安全性。方法门诊轻中度高血压患者196例，随机分为珍菊降压片单用组和珍菊降压片与赖诺普利片合用组。两组疗程均为12周。结果单用组总有效率89．42％，合用组总有效率98．91％（P〉0．05），不良反应轻微。结论单用或合用珍菊降压片治疗轻中度高血压病均安全有效。

Zhenjajiangya pian treats mild and moderate hypertension

Objective To observe the effectiveness and safety that Zhenjvjiangya pian treated mild and moderate hypertension.Method 196 cases with mild and moderate hypertension in the outpatient department were divided into two groups. 104 cases of 61- 13 years old, 55 male and 49 female were treated only with Zhenjujiangya plan three tablets/d （if the director of the effectiveness did not reached within tow weeks, the dosage would add）. 95 cases of 63±12 years old, 51 male and 41 female were treated with Zhenjujjiangya pian and Lisinopril tablet. This group was added three Zhenjujiangya pian/d based on the original treatment with 10mg of Lisinopril tahlet/ d. The treatment courses of the tow groups were both for tow weeks. Results The total effectiveness of the first group was 89.42%. The total effectiveness of the combined group was 98.91% （P〉0.05）. The side effect is slight. Conclusion The treatment with Zhenjujiangya pian singly or combined with Lisinopril tablet of mild and moderate hypertension were both safe and effective.
