| 摘 要： | 目的指导临床合理用药。方法对照药品新、旧说明书,查阅《中国药典》,分析相关资料,从过敏试验、溶媒、用法用量和禁忌证等方面汇总易造成用药安全问题的变更。结果发现20多种(类)药品的说明书有较大变更,易导致用药安全问题。结论临床医师在用药前应仔细研读药品说明书,确保患者用药安全。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To find out the safety problem-causing changes in renewed drug instructions in order to provide the guidance for rational clinical drug use.METHODS:The old and renewed drug instructions were compared and summarized in the respect of sensitivity test,dissolvent,dosage/administration and contraindication by referring to China Pharmacopoeia.RESULTS:20 kinds of drug instructions were found to be renewed greatly, which might cause safety problem in drug use. CONCLUSION: It is suggested that the clinicians should read over the drug instructions before administration to ensure the safety of drug use in patients. |
