昆明医学院在职女教职工妇科疾病调查结果分析

目的了解高校女教职工的健康状况,为进一步做好高校妇女保健工作提供参考依据。方法对昆明医学院在职女教职工2003年体检资料进行回顾性调查,并做统计学分析。结果妇科疾病前5位是:宫颈肥大、宫颈糜烂、子宫内膜异位症、阴道炎、子宫肌瘤,所占比例为70·08%。参加体检的在职女教职工379人,135人未进行妇科检查,未参检率为35·6%。结论该校在职女教职工对妇科疾病不够重视,应广泛宣传妇女保健知识,定期进行妇科检查,以预防和减少妇科疾病的发生。

The Analyse of Gynecological Disease Investigation for Famale Staff in Kunming Medical College

Objective To investigate the health situation of famale staff in universities and provide basis for maternal hygiene programme in universities. Method To investegate the physical examination material of the famale staff in Kunming Medical college and do some statistic analyse. Results The most popular gynecological diseases are cervical hypertrophy, cervical erosion, endometriosis, the vaginitis, hysteromyoma. The rate is 70.08 %. There are 379 famale staff took the physical examination,however, 135 did not take gynecological examination, the rate is 35.6 %. Conclusion The famale staff do not pay enough attention to gynecological diseases, we should widely publicize the knowledge of maternal hygiene. Meanwhile, do gynecological examination on time to prevent or decrease gynecological diseases.
