| 摘 要： | 随着"精神肿瘤学"的建立和发展,神经功能显像技术--正电子发射计算机断层扫描(PET)在肿瘤相关性精神疾病领域得以广泛应用,如利用18F-FDG PET脑代谢显像研究肿瘤相关性抑郁的发病机制等.目前,PET脑受体显像成为精神疾病研究领域的关注热点.文章阐述PET在精神肿瘤学方面的研究、应用进展以及发展前景.

| Abstract: | With the establishment and development of psychooncology,positron emission tomography(PET),a functional neuroimaging technique,has been widely applied in the field of tumor-associated mental diseases.For example,~(18)F-FDG PET cerebral metabolic imaging has been employed for the pathogenesis of tumor-associated depression.Nowadays, neuroreceptor PET imaging has became the principal method in the research of mental diseases.The advances and prospects of PET applications in psychooncology are reviewed in this... |
