CD3AK细胞过继治疗对肝癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群及功能活性的影响

目的 探讨CD3AK细胞过继治疗对原发性肝癌（PLC）患者T淋巴细胞亚群及功能活性的影响。方法 58例 PLC患者分为:CD3AK细胞治疗组（n=37）,对照组（n=21）,另取11例献血员为正常对照。治疗组术后第1天开始输注CD3AK细胞,每天1次,每次输注2x109个细胞,输注前30min静脉注射IL-2100u,连续5d为一个疗程;对照组只给予与治疗组相同的保肝治疗。观察两组T淋巴细胞亚群、IL-2R、细胞增殖功能、NK及LAK活性。结果 治疗组CD4/CD8比值、NK活性、LAK活性、IL-2R表达水平及细胞增殖活力与治疗前和对照组比较,差异均有显著性意义。结论 过继输注CD3AK细胞治疗能够补充肝癌患者有效抗肿瘤活性细胞数量的不足,并能够使T淋巴细胞亚群比例失调和功能低下的状况获得不同程度的改善。

Effect of CD3AK cells on T- lymphocyte subsets and its functions on patients with primary liver carcinoma

Objective To study the effects of CD3AK cells on T - lymphocyte subsets and their functions on patients with primary liver carcinoma (PLC). Methods Fifty eight patients with PLC were divided into two groups, i.e. CD3AK group ( n =37) and control group ( n = 21) . Eleven blood donors were taken as normal control. All patients of the treatment group were given 2 x 109 CD3AK cells once a day for 5 days. The first treatment was carried out on the 1st day after operation. Patients received IL- 2 at a dose of 100 units per 24 hour i. v. , which was started 30 minutes before administration of CD3AK cells. T- lymphocyte subsets, IL- 2R, NK activity, LAK activity and proliferative activity were determined. Results The CD4/CD8 ratio, expression of IL - 2R, proliferative activity, NK activity and IAK activity of T - lymphocytes of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group respectively. Conclusions The adoptive transfer of CD3AK cells could improve the disorder of T - lymphocyte subsets and their functions and provid the patients with PLC fresh abundant effectors against tumor.
