| 摘 要： | 目的探讨白内障囊外摘出术患儿的护理方法。方法对80例（95眼）白内障囊外摘出术患儿采取充分的术前准备、细致的术后观察及心理护理。观察术中、术后情况及手术效果。结果术中、术后患儿配合良好，视力恢复良好者占92．3％。复明率100％，医生及患儿家长满意，并发症少。结论良好的护理方法是手术成功的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the nursing of children who received extra cataract extracting(ECCE)and intra-ocular lens(IOL) implantating.Methods 80 cases(95 eyes) with cataract were studied.The nursing care included preoperative preparation,psychological nursing and postoperative nursing.Results In the procedure,most patients cooperated well,both patients and doctors were satisfied,and the postoperative complication rate was low.Conclusion Nursing is an important factor for the success of ECCE and IOL implantation. |
