| 摘 要： | 目的观察参附注射液对急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法选择120例急性脑梗死病人，分为参附注射液组和对照组，分别给予参附注射液和复方丹参注射液治疗，治疗前后均对患者进行神经功能缺损和临床疗效评价。结果参附组总有效率为87．0％，对照组总有效率为63．0％，两组比较总有效率差异具有显著性意义。结论参附注射液是治疗急性脑梗死的安全、有效药物。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effectiveness of Shenfu Injection on acute cerebral infraction. Methods: 120 patients with acute cerebral infraction were randomly divided into the treatment group (60 cases) and the control group(60 cases),which were treated respectively with Shenfu Injection and compounded Ridix Salvia Miltiorrhizae (Danshen) Injection. Assays of nerve function default were carried out before and after treatment. Results: After the treatment, clinical nerve function in the treatment group was improved significantly than that in the control group. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.0%, which was obviously higher than that of the control group 63.0% (P=0.003). Conclusion: Shenfu Injection is a safe and effective drug in treating the patients with acute cerebral infraction. |
