醒脑静注射液治疗儿童颅脑损伤昏迷30例临床观察

目的观察醒脑静注射液治疗儿童颅脑损伤昏迷的临床疗效。方法将58例颅脑损伤且昏迷患儿随机分为对照组与治疗组。对照组28例患儿采用西医常规利尿、排毒或脱水降颅压等对症支持治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用醒脑静注射液治疗。结果对照组治疗后总有效率为57.1%,治疗组为86.7%,两组患者治疗后总有效率比较,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论醒脑静注射液治疗儿童颅脑损伤昏迷,疗效显著,值得推广。

Clinical Observation of Xingnaojing Injection in Treatment of 30 Cases of Coma Induced by Craniocerebral Injury in Children

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effects of Xingnaojing injection（injection for regaining consciousness）on coma induced by craniocerebral injury in children. Methods 58 cases of coma induced by craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. In control group（28 cases）,symptomatic support treatment was administered with routine western medicine for diuretics,detoxification or reducing cranial pressure by dehydration. In treatment group （30 cases） ,Xingnaojing injection was supplemented on the basis of conventional treatment as control group. Results The total effective rates were 86.7% and 57.1% in treatment group and control group respectively,indicating significant difference in comparison（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xingnaojing injection presents significant therapeutic effect on coma induced by craniocerebral injury in children. Thus, this therapy is worth to be promoted.
