浅谈不锈钢餐具与人体健康

摘    要:不锈钢是制造各种餐具较理想的材料,它含有镉、镍、铬及微量锰、钼、钛、镉等元素。摄入过量的镉、镍、铬会对人体健康造成危害。主要阐述不锈钢餐具中的镉、镍、铬等重金属对人体健康的危害效应及其正确使用不锈钢餐具的方法,以期对生活中正确使用不锈钢餐具提供一些理论依据。

Abstract:Stainless steel utensils is to create a better variety of materials. It contains cadmium, nickel, chromium and trace manganese, molybdenum, titanium, cadmium and other elements. Excessive intake of cadmium, nickel, chromium caused harm to human health. This article focuses on stainless steel utensils in the program of cadmium, nickel, chromium and other heavy metals on human health hazards and the correct use of stainless steel utensils approach. With a view to llie in the proper use of stainless steel cutlery to provide some theoretical basis.
