浅谈医药分业政策对医药费用控制的影响

近年来,国家推出一系列政策措施以控制医药费用的不合理上涨,但实际效果不佳.社会各界对医药分业寄予厚望,但该举措能否有利于控制医药费用尚需探讨.该文分析了医药分业政策的背景,预测了医疗机构对此政策的可能反应,认为仅将门诊药房分离未必会降低医药费用,并对如何保证该政策发挥良好的效果提出了建议.

Analysis on the influence of controlling medical care expenditure by the separation policy of outpatient drug department from the hospital

In recent years, a series of policies were implemented in orde r to control unreasonable increase of medical care expenditure, but the results were not effective as expected. Whether the policy is in the favor of controllin g the medical care expenditure still need further discussion. This paper present ed the concept of the policy, predicted possible responses to health care provid ers and also concluded that the medical care expenditure would not go down with the simple separation of outpatient drug department from the hospital. In the en d, suggestions of assurance to the effectiveness of the policy were put forward.
