克山病稳定病区正常人血液中抗氧化能力和脂质代谢的分析

摘    要:测定克山病稳定病区和非克山病病区正常儿童各20名,正常成人各16名血液中抗氧化能力和脂质代谢。结果:病区正常儿童红细胞的SOD活性降低和GST活性升高,病区儿童和成人红细胞的GSH-P_x活性和血浆中V_E含量明显降低,FFA含量正常和MDA含量增加。上述变化,提示克山病的致病因子可能是生物性的,并受膳食结构和生态环境的变化所制约。

Abstract:The antioxidant and lipid metabolism in the blood of 40 children and 32 adults were measured in the stable area of Keshan Disease(KD) and no -KD area. In the stable area of KD, the re sults of blood chemicobi logy showed that the activity of SOD was remarkably low and GST remarkable high in the erythrocyte of children, that GSH-Px of erythrocyte and Vitamin E of plasma were remarkable low and MDA of plasma was remarkable high in children and adults. FFA of plasma was no different between the stable area of KD and no -KD area. It is suggested that tcause of KD was related to biological agent
