摘    要:目的 研究Cox7a2调控睾酮牛成的影响及其机制.方法 构建Cox7a2荧光表达载体,转染TM3小鼠睾丸Leydig细胞.ELISA法测定上清液中睾酮含量,Western blot检测类固醇合成快速调节蛋白StAR表达,荧光分光光度计检测ROS水平.结果 Cox7a2抑制LH诱导的睾酮合成,降低StAR蛋白的表达,升高ROS水平.结论 Cox7a2通过抑制类固醇合成快速调节蛋白StAR的表达调控睾酮分泌,至少和增高ROS水平有关.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the regulation mechanism of steriodogenesis in Leydig cells by Cox7a2. Methods The recombinant expression vector pDsRed-Expression-N1-Cox7a2 was constructed and transfected into Leydig cells for Cox7a2 overexpression Level of testosterone in supernatant culture medium was measured by ELISA.
