FC多糖抑瘤作用的实验研究

目的 观察ＦＣ多糖的体内抑瘤作用。方法 以荷Ｓ１８０、艾氏腹水癌实体瘤小鼠为模型，初步观察了来自传统中药的有效成分ＦＣ多糖的抑瘤作用。结果 实验结果发现，小鼠在接种瘤细胞前连续灌胃给药１０ｄ，ＦＣ多糖能显著抑制小鼠移植性肿瘤的生长，平均抑瘤率均大于４０％，同时ＦＣ多糖对荷瘤造成的脾和胸腺指数下降有一定的恢复作用。结论 提示ＦＣ多糖将是一种有开发价值的抗肿瘤物质。

TUMOR INHIBITION MEDIATED BY FCPS IN VIVO

Objective To study the inhibitory effect of FCPS on loading tumor mice.Methods In this experiment,the model of S 180 -bearing mice and ESC-bearing mice were established and the inhibitory rate of tumor was observed.Results The experiment showed that FCPS can evidently produce inhibitory effect on the growth of tumor and the average rate of inhibition was more than 40%.Conclusion These results indicated that the antitumor effect of FCPS may be related to its potentiating effect on immunological responses of organism.Therefore FCPS can be consided a potent antitumor compound.
