PCR检测细菌的侵袭相关基因

目的：探讨ＰＣＲ检测细菌的侵袭相关基因方法的效果。方法：检测５４份腹泻患者粪便标本，采用ＰＣＲ法扩增志贺菌与大肠埃希菌的侵袭相关基因ｉａｌ。结果：ｉａｌ基因阳性率３３．３％，常规细菌培养鉴定方法阳性率２４．１％，前者缩短了检测时间，提高了灵敏度。结论：用ＰＣＲ方法检测细菌的侵袭相关基因可能更适于临床检验、流行病学调查，并可早期指导临床治疗

DETERMINATION OF BACTERIA INVASIVE ASSOCIATED GENE BY PCR TECHNIQUE

Objective:To approach the mcans that PCR dctcrmining of in vasive associated gene of bacterium Methods:Todetermine the stool speci men of 54 diarrhoea patient, by PCR determining of invasive associated gene ial of Shigela and Escherichia bacteriuum Results:The positive rate of the gene ial was 33 3%,by routinely determining the positive rate was 24 1% only The PCR determining method saves runing determining timc, and increases the scnsitivity Conclusion:PCR dctermining of invasive assoc iated gene of bacterium may be abetter method used for laboratory diagnose, epidemiology investigation and observation of therapeutic effect
