单次口服10mg米非司酮用于紧急避孕的临床研究

目的：观察单次、低剂量米非司酮的紧急避孕效果、副反应及对下次月经周期的影响。方法：对８０例月经规律，无保护性行为或常规避孕措施失败７２ｈ以内的妇女，单次口服米非司酮１０ｍｇ。结果：８０例中１例妊娠，按Ｄｉｘｏｎ方法推算，预期妊娠数为６．０１７，避孕有效率为８３．３８％，服药后副反应发生率仅１０％，下次月经周期延迟发生率降至１９％，９３．７％的经期和８７．３％的经量均无变化。结论：单次低剂量米非司酮１０ｍｇ口服是安全、有效和简便的紧急避孕方法。

CLINICAL TRIAL OF A SINGLE DOSE OF MIFEPRISTONE 10MG FOR EMERGENCY CONTRACEPTION

Objective: To study the efficacy, side effect and next menstrual cycle disturbanced in women with a single low dose of mifepristone for emergency contraception. Methods: 80 healthy women with regular cycles were recruited within 72 hours after unprotected intercourse or contraceptive failure. A single low dose of mifepristone 10mg was administered. Results: 1 pregnancy occoured among 80 women. 6.017 cases of pregnancy were expected as calculated using Dixon's method. The effectiveness rate of mifepristone 10mg used for emergency contraception was 83.38%. The frequncy of side effects and delayed onset of next menses were quite low (10% and 19%, respectively). There were no changes in menstrual period (93.7%) or amount of menses bleeding(87.3%). Conclusion: Mifepristone 10mg is a safe, effective and handy regimen for emergency contraception.
