BMP/BMC/SB修复大块骨缺损实验研究

摘    要:目的对骨形态生成蛋白、骨髓细胞及煅烧骨所形成的BMP/BMC/SB生物复合体修复骨缺损的能力进行探讨。方法在雄性大白兔双侧桡骨中远段各作一10mm骨缺损。右侧缺损内植入BMP/BMC/SB,左侧植入不含骨膜的自体皮质骨。结果术后8个月,在BMP/BMC/SB植入组骨愈合率为889%,自体皮质骨为444%。在新骨生成及塑形方面,BMP/BMC/SB组明显优于自体皮质骨移植组。结论BMP/BMC/SB在修复大块骨缺损方面优于自体皮质骨,是一种理想的人工骨材料

Abstract:Objective The authors investigated the potentiality of composite of bone morphogenetic protein(BMP),bone marrow cells(BMC) and sintered bone(SB) to repair massive cortical bone segmental defects.Methods Cortical bone defects by 10mm long were bilaterally created at middle-distal radius in 9 male rabbits.The composite of BMP/BMC/SB were implanted into right bone defects.Autolobous cortical bone segments were grafted into the left.Result At eight months postoperatively,the specimen were examined x-ray and histologic methods.In the group of BMP/BMC/SB grafted,the union ratio of bone defects was 8 89%.The union ratio of autologous cortical bone grafted was 44 4%.As bone grafts,BMP/BMC/SB was superior to autologous cortical bone in sereral respects of new bone formation,bone healing and remodeling.Conclusion The composite of BMP/BMC/SB is one kind of ideally bioactive bone substitutes.
