院前急救护士不良心理状况调查分析与干预对策

目的：调查院前急救护士的不良心理状态，分析产生不良心理状态相关因素，为该特定人群的心理卫生干预提供理论依据并提出相应对策。方法：采用SCL-90和应对方式问题表，对我市中心人民医院急诊科及该院二分院急诊科55名院前急救护士进行心理健康状态调查，并与常模进行比较，同时对不良心理状况的应对方式及效果进行统计与分析。结果：院前急救护士SCL-90各因子分与中国常模比较在躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑方面与常模比较均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。在对不良心理应对方式上，常采用消极应对的护士心理健康状况相对较差，特别是抑郁、焦虑、偏执症状分和总均分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：院前急救护士的工作压力大，精神压力高，职业成就感低．是导致其不良心理状况的原因。由于这些不良心理状态都会给护士身心带来一定影响，从而直接影响到急救工作质量。因此，必须采取相应的干预对策，尤其对采取消极应对方式的护士更要给予足够重视。
