| 摘 要： | 目的研究姜黄素衍生物对不同肿瘤细胞株生长的影响。方法利用体外细胞培养模型,应用MTT法分析姜黄素衍生物对不同肿瘤细胞生长的影响。结果姜黄素衍生物对不同肿瘤细胞生长有一定的抑制作用,且具有剂量依赖性,但较姜黄素的抑制效应弱。结论姜黄素衍生物对不同肿瘤细胞生长具有抑制作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the anti-tumor efficiency of curcumin derivatives on different tumor cell lines.METHODS Based on cell culture model in vitro,MTT test was used to study the inhibitory effect of curcumin derivatives on tumor cell lines.RESULTS The newly synthesized curcumin derivatives showed inhibitory effect to HepG2,SMMC-7721,CT26 and Hela cell lines with varied GI_(50)(50% growth inhibition) values.CONCLUSION Curcumin derivatives can inhibit the cell growth of certain cell lines. |
