| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年高血压患者的炎症标记物超敏C反应蛋白（hsCRP）水平与颈总动脉平均内膜中层厚度（IMT）的相关性。方法测定86例老年高血压患者颈总动脉IMT及血清超敏C反应蛋白。按颈总动脉IMT将患者分为IMT正常组、IMT增厚组和斑块形成组，比较各组间hsCRp水平，对颈总动脉IMT异常患者统计分析，分析颈总动脉IMT和血hsCRP的关系。结果合并颈动脉粥样硬化的高血压患者血清hsCRP（7．6±1．6）mg／L]明显高于无颈动脉硬化患者（3．6±1．3）]mg／L]，P〈0．05。有颈动脉斑块的患者血清hsCRP（9．3±1．8）mg／L]显著高于颈动脉内中膜正常（3．6±1．3）mg／L]与增厚患者（6．8±1．2）mg／L]，P均〈0．05。结论老年高血压患者颈总动脉IMT与血清hsCRP水平呈正相关，提示血hsCRP水平可作为了解动脉粥样硬化程度及判断预后的指标。
